Genext Composites Inc. manufacture RHINO TUFF Brand ofGRP Piping Systems with Dia ranging from 50 mm to 1600 mm and with a pressure rating from 2.5 - 10 Kg/Cm2depending on theapplication. GRPPipes are used to convey water, chemicals, gases and sewage in several process-based industries. These Pipes inherently exhibit mechanical strength of a very high order while being lighter in weight in comparison to their metallic counter parts. In addition to GRPPipes, the company also manufactures Pipe Fittings like socket / couplers, reducers, bends, tees and Flanges etc. and are safe for use in on- ground, underground and overhead applications. These Pipes find an extensive use in conveyance of water and corrosive chemicals of both acidic as well as basic (alkaline) nature.
FEATURES:
- High mechanical strength and impact resistance
- Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and weather
- Excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The strength-to-weight ratio of GRP Pipes is higher than steel or other metallic pipes
- Light in weight for easy transportation, handling and installation
- Dimensional stable
- Non-toxic
- Low coefficient of friction (>25% better than steel) for excellent flow characteristics.
- Low electrical conductivity
- Fairly good abrasion resistance
- Can be made fire resistant, if need be
- Suitable for both overground, overhead and underground piping
- Can be joined using GRPPipe Fittings
- Prevent microbial growth
- Easy to repair and that too at a nominal cost in case of an accidental damage
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Potable Water and De-Salination Industries
- Chemical, Petrochemical& Oil & Gas industries.
- Mining
- Process based industries such as Cement, Pulp & Paper, Sugar etc.
- Ducting and Vent piping
- Irrigation and Sanitation

Genext Composites Inc. manufacture RHINO TUFF GRP Rigid Pipes with a diarange from 50 mm to 1600 mm and with a pressure rating from 2.50 - 10 Kg/Cm2. These Pipes are extensively used for conveying of chemically reactive solutions in chemical plants and several process-based industries.
These Pipes inherently exhibit mechanical strength of a very high order while being lighter in weight in comparison to their Metallic counter parts and are especially suitable for applications involving corrosive solutions. Special Grades of GRP Pipes are used to convey corrosive chemical solutions depending on the nature of solutions - acidic or alkaline, their concentration and the temperature of application.
These Pipes are manufactured using custom designed Resin System depending on pH value range of the Solutions to be conveyed through the pipeline system such as neutral, acidic or alkaline. In addition to Pipes, the company also manufactures Pipe Fittings like Socket/ Couplers, Reducers, Bends, Tees and Flanges etc. and are safe for use in on ground, underground and overhead applications.
