RHINO TUFF FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Cable Trays help in organizing and managinglarge and heavypowerand control cables. They are used to support, organize and manage power cables particularly in harsh environments. They are made of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic through the Pultrusion Process wherein FRP Material is continuously pulledthrough a heated steel dye.FRP Cable Trays offer several advantages like chemical corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio and electrical non-conductivity.
They can be Ladder type, perforated, trough or solid depending on the proposed application.
RHINO TUFF FRP Ladder Trays come in a size ranging from 50 - 1000 MM whereas the FRP Perforated Trays can be made available in a size ranging from 50 - 300 MM. The length can be up to 3.0 Mtr. FRP Cable Trays can be made available in a thickness ranging from 3-5 MM and in any colour as required by the customer.
RHINO TUFF Cable Trays especially the Channel, Perforated and Trough ones can be provided with FRP Covers to protect the power cables from chemical corrosion and high temperature and to keep them shielded from the environment.

Fire resistance:
Manufactured using Fire Grade Resins to resist fire and are therefore safe to use
Non-Conductive:
Extremely low levels of electrical conductivity and are electrically insulated. They are therefore extremely safe to use.
